How do points work?
Earn 5 points for every $1. Every 100 points is $1 off. Join free with your phone number and get 100 welcome points.
How do I join Bayt Rewards?
Sign in with your phone number or email and we set up your account. You can also join at checkout: leave "Join Bayt Rewards with this number" checked and enter the code we text you.
How do I use my points?
At checkout, turn on "Use points". Every 100 points takes $1 off, and you choose how many to use. Points never cover the tip.
How does Give 100, Get 100 work?
Share your invite link. When a friend joins with it and confirms their number, you get 100 points and they start with the usual 100 welcome points. You can earn this from up to 10 friends a week.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Call the house you ordered from. If your barista hasn't started yet, we can usually change it. Canceled orders are refunded to how you paid.
How does curbside pickup work?
Choose Curbside at checkout. When you're parked, tap I'm here on your order page and tell us your car. We'll bring it out as soon as it's ready.
Do points expire?
No. Points stay on your account as long as it is open. Deleting your account removes them.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile & settings, or use "Delete my account" at the bottom of any page. We keep the order records the law requires and delete the rest.
